A service response is received. vendorSearchId identifies the raw vendor response available through the record API.
Sent as an HTTPS POST to your configured webhook endpoint. A batch can contain different event types. See HMAC verification for optional signature headers.
Acknowledge receipt. Any 2xx response is accepted; failed deliveries may be retried.
